The perfectionist Aamir Khan takes every role seriously and becomes that character as long as he is shooting. But at a recent interview with GQ, he said he gets disappointed very quick and he gets stressed for small things like changes in schedules and unfinished works. His physical transformation as a free style wrestler for Dangal amazed everyone. But he PK star says that he is always scared of death while the film is dependent upon him.
‘What if I die? What if I get injured really badly when the whole film is dependent on me? So, typically, towards the end of a shoot, I write a note to people around me that says, If I die, these are the things I want ideally to happen’ says Aamir.
Mr. Khan was given 5 month break between the shoot schedules to transform his body. So, Aamir is worried that film shouldn’t stop if he dies meanwhile. He said, ‘Anything can happen, life is unpredictable. So for Dangal, with these five months off between shoots, I told Nitesh, If anything happens to me, everything is still on. You just have to cast a younger Mahavir and you’ll still have the film. Varun, Shahid — any actor would like to do it. Ranveer? Maybe Ranbir?’
Aamir is up for some drastic changes in his work out regime and diet. This could be one of the reasons for his anxiety. He is doing all this for an amazing film about a father encouraging his daughters to conquer the world. Hope he feels better soon and Dangal is slated for a December release.
