23 years old and this ‘Student of the year’ actress already mastered the art of acting in many levels. With her commendable performance in films like ‘Highway’ and ‘Udta Punjab’, this girl earned much more respect from film buffs. No matter how many years you spent in acting, it is obviously not easy for any girl to act in rape scenes and such hyper intense scenes. In her recent crime drama ‘Udta Punjab’, Alia Bhatt played a Bihari girl and she owned the dialect as well. Talking about it, she said
‘I was nervous; it’s not my type of language. But that was only way to do justice to my role. I practiced it so much that it almost became a part of me by the time we ended shooting the film.’
When she was asked if she uses any cuss words in real life, ‘I mostly try not to, I know it doesn’t sound pleasant. But then, it’s not that I don’t abuse at all. I don’t look at it as a taboo. I am a human and when I get very angry, there are a few things which come out of my mouth which actually shouldn’t.’
About doing the rape scenes in films,
‘At the end of the day, we are actors. So we know it’s only a scene and not real. But of course, it’s not easy when people come close to you, hold your hand and try to pin you down,’ she said.
