Sharing is caring!

As part of the Wildlife Week Celebrations that will be held from October 1 to 7, Amitabh Bachchan will be the first Maharashtra tiger ambassador to grace the event by inaugurating two new safari buses at the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. With Big B as the ambassador,  officials are expecting to gain a tremendous boost in conserving tigers, because the state has seen an increase in its graph in the tiger population due to various conservation measures implemented by the forest department.

It was in the month of August that Big B received the invite from Maharashtra Forest Minister,  Sudhir Mungantiwar to become the tiger ambassador. This grand week will commence in Nagpur in the presence on Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
