Aravind Swamy made a comeback in Thani Oruvan and was widely appreciated for his amazing role and astounding performance. The actor who was approached to play the mean man in the Telugu remake starring Ram Charan, has quoted a whopping Rs 3 crore for the film, says reports. “Aravind Swamy’s character takes the centre stage and is very crucial in the film. Hence he has quoted that amount,” says a source close to the actor.
Charan has reportedly asked his uncle Allu Aravind to approach the likes of Madhavan, Sudeep or Neil Nihin Mukesh to reprise this iconic role. Directed by Surender Reddy, the film is expected to begin from January, 2016.
