India and Pakistan will clash against each other this Saturday in the ongoing Asia Cup and all-rounder Shoaib Malik felt it would be a battle between India’s batting and Pakistan’s bowling. He also said wife Sania Mirza would cheer for Team India this weekend. India have been in spectacular form this year, winning six out the seven Twenty20 Internationals they have played.
Ahead of the high-profile clash, Pakistani all-rounder Shoaib Malik said that though Indian have the winning momentum, Pakistan could give a tough fight to their old rivals.
“Indian batsmen are very consistent but we have a good bowling attack. This is going to be a great game. This is going to be a big opportunity for players of both the teams, India-Pakistan matches always are,” Malik told Aaj Tak in an exclusive interview.
