‘Befikre’: Rishi Kapoor calls it the ‘adult version’ of Chandni

The trailer of ‘Befikre’ was released on October 10 amidst much fanfare in Paris. Since then, Twitterati has gone on an overdrive, comparing the Ranveer Singh-Vaani Kapoor starrer to various films – from the forgettable ‘Neal ‘N’ Nikki’ to the Hollywood fare ‘No Strings Attached’.

Triggered some really happy memories for industry veteran (and everyone’s favourite Tweeter), Rishi Kapoor. He took Twitter to talk about how the trailer reminded him of his 1989 hit film, Chandni. “Exotic locale, natural actors, naughty, witty, funny, romantic” is how he justifies the comparison, also calling Befikre an adult version of his own movie.

“Befikre”. An outstanding hot trailer! Chandni ka 2016 updated “adult version”. Exotic locale, natural actors, naughty, witty, funny, romantic! tweeted  Rishi Kapoor.
