The BJP government is trying very hard to pass the GST bill, which explores a pan-India tax regime and a common market, ending the multiplicity of central and state taxes on the last day of Parliament’s Monsoon Session.
Due to the Congress party’s protest in the Rajya Sabha, its getting tough for the approval of this bill. If it goes through successfully, the government would be able to execute it on schedule by April 2016.
We need to see as to how far the BJP will succeed in having the bill amended in Rajya Sabha tomorrow by brawling against the Congress party’s demands.
