Colony in Guntur named after Pawan Kalyan

Sharing is caring!

Looks like there is no stopping Power star Pawan Kalyan. He is one of the most powerful actor in the Telugu film industry and the most influential person in politics. Infact he is the only star who has been induced with a religion by his fans and its called ‘Pawanism’. Now that’s the kind of persona he has created for himself. While his fans are fervently waiting for the release of his much awaited film, ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’, people of Bethampudu village of Guntur District have named a colony ‘Pawan Kalyan Nagar’ as a toen of appreciation as Pawan supported and aided in canceling land acquisition act.

Recently while addressing the media, Minister Narayana said that Pawan Kalyan insisted that land should not be taken away from farmers through acquisition instead the government should cajole the farmers, make them understand the importance of building a good capital city and take the land through cogency. This clearly indicates that Pawan to a large extent was successful in convincing the government regarding the land acquisition issue.
