Former MP’s son interrogated by ACB in Note for Vote scam

Liquor lord D Srinivas, son of late TTD chairman D.K. Adikesavalu Naidu was bombarded with questions  by the Telangana ACB on Tuesday in the cash-for-vote scam. ACB officials, who served a notice under Section 160 CrPC to Mr Srinivas, MD of Karnataka Breweries and Distilleries Private Limited, grilled him at the ACB headquarters in Banjara Hills for more than six hours with regards to the source of  Rs 50 lakhs used in the scam.

He said that he has cooperated with the ACB and answered them accordingly giving the required information. He also added on to say that he has no clue about the scam and  has no knowledge about the source for 50 lakh rupees. Mr Srinivas’ mother D.A. Satya Prabha is a TD MLA from Chittoor.
