Gruham is the dubbed version of hit Tamil horror film Aval, which hit the screens across the globe on Novmber 3. The movie was to release in the cinema halls along with its original version, but it was postponed by two weeks due to delay in the censorship process.

Aval  is a 2017 Indian horror film co-written and directed by Milind Rau. The film stars Siddharth andAndrea Jeremiah in lead roles, with Siddharth also working on the film as a co-producer and a co-writer. Shot simultaneously in three languages, the film is titled (Aval in Tamil): The House Next Door in Hindi and Gruham in Telugu).

“Gruham” Movie Story Line:

Story Based on a true incident. The horror flick starts by introducing a Chinese family in the 1930s – a father, an expectant mother and their daughter. A tragedy shakes their family and back in the present, Krish (Siddarth) and Lakshmi (Andrea) are a newly married couple who lead a content life. The couple moved into a new neighborhood in the house next door and their arrival brings a lot of problems to this family.Why is it targeting the family? from evil spirits forms the crux of the story.
