One more racist incident involving violence has been reported in Australia. A gunman fired a shot through the front window of a crowded Indian restaurant at Harris Park in Sydney’s west. This is the second incident in a time span of four months. This incident took place on Tuesday just before 9 pm local time when 30 to 40 customers and staff were inside Billu’s Indian Eatery on Wigram Street. However no causalities were reported. Luckily no one either got injured according to reports provided by local police.

The gunman was dressed in a blue tracksuit and was seen running south on Wigram Street after the incident occurred. Sydney-based cardiologist Yadu Singh who is also a close friend of the restaurant’s owner said, the incident has generated a great concern among the Indian businesses in the area. “It is scary and police is probing the incident,” Singh said.
