Hrithik Roshan, who stunned the audience with his performance in Sanjay Gupta’s Kaabil earlier in the year, has been on a script reading spree for quite sometime now. The actor is taking the time to green light his next project, according to a new report in a tabloid, Roshan has been approached for director Vikas Bahl’s upcoming movie too.
Vikas is making a film on Anand Kumar, the founder of the popular Super 30 program in Patna that grooms IIT aspirants. The report states that Hrithik Roshan will be seen as the Patna-based mathematician Anand Kumar in the movie which is tentatively titled Super 30.
Super 30 will be directed by Vikas Bahl, who has previously directed Queen andShaandaar.
While there was speculation that he will be stepping down from his position in the company, it appears that the scandal hasn’t really taken a beating at his professional career as he prepares to helm the ambitious biopic.
Super 30 is an academic programme operating out of Patna, Bihar, where Kumar annually selects 30 underprivileged students from economically weak backgrounds and prepares them for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE), required to secure an admission in the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
If this really goes on the floor, it will be interesting to see ‘Dugu’ play the role of a real-life mathematician and charm everyone which is exuberant talent.
Anand Kumar was initially reluctant to give the makers a thumbs up for the movie, but later agreed, the report stated.
