She went on to add that working with the ‘Dil Se’ director is a dream come true for her.
Aishwarya Rajesh seems to be in a happy space right now, what with her Bollywood debut, Daddy, hitting the screens on Friday. After bagging two big projects in Tamil — Vetri Maaran’s Vada Chennai and Gautham Menon’s Dhruva Natchathiram, Aishwarya will now be a part of Mani Ratnam’s next, too. The film, which has already created a buzz, what with Jyotika, Fahadh Faasil, Arvind Swami and Vijay Sethupathi being part of it, just got more exciting with the addition of Aishwarya.
Aishwarya says, “Yes, I am doing the film and I am very excited to be a part of this film. I have said this in several interviews, too, that I wanted to work with him. Finally, my dream has come true. I have met him twice — after Kaaka Muttai, and for a dubbing work. But this time, it was different. I am not allowed to reveal any details about the film. All I can say is this will be completely different from Mani sir’s previous films. I am happy I got this offer at this stage in my career.”
