As zippy as it started, Nikhil Gowda’s ‘Jaguar’ took a pause because of Elections. The dramatic political movements of Rajya Sabha as well as for council seats, made Mr. H D Kumaraswamy stay back in Karnataka.
According to the prior plan, Kumaraswamy has to accompany Nikhil Iceland and Bulgaria for the second schedule of Nikhil’s movie ‘Jaguar’. They were supposed to take a flight on 31st May. But after five party legislators threatened to vote for the Congress sponsored candidate and the ruling party reportedly wooed ten independent MLAs whose support is essential for the JD(S) candidate’s victory, the former CM’s plan went awry.
If the sources are to be believed, Mr Kumaraswamy needs to stay back in Bangalore at least for another ten days to counter any move by his opponent Mr Shivakumar on the day of polling. As per the previous plan, the shoot was supposed to start by June 1st in Sofia City for an action and chasing sequence which involves an internationally acclaimed stuntman. There the shoot gets completed by June 25th thus the film will be a Dusshera release. Now Mr. Kumaraswamy will be able to leave for Bulgaria only after the Poll.
