North America’s tallest mountain, Mount McKinley to be renamed as Denali by President Barak Obama officially putting an end to a 40 year battle over what to name a peak that has been otherwise called as Mount McKinley. This change has been addressed during the three day trip of Obama to Alaska on Monday. This is to ensure Obama’s fight to address the climate change. Renaming the mountain which has a height of over 6,100 meters makes headlines for his fight for climate quest along with creating goodwill. During his trip to the glacier town, Obama will be meeting the people in Arctic communities and how their life is getting affected by rise of ocean levels and to create images built to support for regulations to stop carbon emissions.
