Ron Howard’s Hollywood film ‘INFERNO’ is gearing up for its release in India on October 14, two weeks ahead of its US release. Apart from English, the film is getting a big release in India dubbed in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Rana said “I’ve enjoyed all the books by Dan Brown. Tom Hanks is a legendary actor and to be a part of his legacy in this way made for an exciting partnership. I will be able to look back and feel proud of having memorable characters like Bhallaldev and Robert Langdon to my credit.”
Rana himself revealed that he has lent his voice for legendary Hollywood actor Tom Hanks’s character in the Telugu version of the actor’s latest film ‘Inferno’. He plays eponymous character of Robert Langdon in the film. Even though Rana had been busy shooting for Baahubali 2, he reportedly dubbed for Tom Hanks’s character on 3 successive nights, after finishing ‘Baahubali 2′ shoot at Ramoji Film City.
In Bollywood, it is going to give very tough competition to several much hyped movies like Mirzya, Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil this month. The buyer of its Telugu Version were of the opinion that it would be appropriate if a Telugu star dubs for Tom Hanks so they brought Rana on the board.
