Etala Rajender, Minister for Finance and Civil Supplies,  has said that the Telangana government had allocated Rs. 20,000 crore for the development of roads, which were neglected in the united Andhra Pradesh.The Minister laid foundation stone for the double lane road from Kamalapur to Ambala at a cost of Rs 7.55 crore and double lane works from Kanaparthi to Bavupeta at a cost of Rs 8 crore in Kamalapur mandal headquarters on Sunday.

On this occasion, the Minister promised four-lane road from Huzurabad to Jammikunta and Huzurabad to Parakala and said would be linked to the national highway from Karimnagar to Warangal to Khammam road. He said that they would construct bridge at Uppal railway station as part of national highway works.
