Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif fans rejoice: The superstars are going to reunite for Tiger Zinda Hai, a sequel to the hit romantic action film, Ek Tha Tiger (2012). Ali Abbas, who replaces Kabir Khan as the director, has scheduled to start shooting for the film in March, suggest media reports.
According to reports, Salman and Katrina will head to Austria in March to kick-start the film’s shoot. The first schedule reportedly begins on March 15 in the European country.
While ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ revolved around an Indian spy who falls in love with a Pakistani agent, the sequel is touted to be a political thriller that revolves around the subject of political espionage. With ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’, Salman and Katrina will cast their spell on the silver screen after five years.
Hollywood action director Tom Struthers, who has worked on films like The Dark Knight Rises and X-Men: First Class, will be working with the team of Tiger Zinda Hai.
