Sharwanand’s Shatamanam Bhavathi is set for a grand release in theatres during Sankranti in 2017. The movie will clash with Chiranjeevi’s Khaidi No 150 and Balakrishna’s Gautamiputra Satakarni.

Shatamanambhavati is touted to be a romance drama, which will be a treat for family audience. Satish Vegesna, who earlier assisted Harish Shankar, is the director of the film, which went on floors earlier this year. Sharwanand and Anupama Parameswaran are set to start the final schedule of shooting, which will be held in Godavari from November 2.

Dil Raju is producing Shatamanambhavati under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations (SVC). The producer has announced its release date on the official Twitter handle of SVC.

Gautamiputra Satakarni:  is a 2017 Telugu, epic historical action film produced by Saibabu Jagarlamudi & Y. Rajeev Reddy on First Frame Entertainmentbanner and written and directed by Krish. Starring Nandamuri Balakrishna in title role, Shriya Saran as the female lead, and music composed by Chirantan Bhatt. The film is based on life history of 2nd century CE, Satavahana ruler Gautamiputra Satakarni. The film is a prestigious project to Nandamuri Balakrishna as his 100th film.

Khaidi No. 150:  is an upcoming Indian Telugu action drama film directed by V. V. Vinayak. It features Megastar Chiranjeevi andKajal Agarwal in the lead roles and marks as the former comeback to acting after 10 years. It is a remake of the Tamil film Kaththi (2014). This film touted to be highly anticipated film after Bahubali .

Principal photography of the film commenced in June 2016 in Hyderabad and is scheduled for a worldwide release on 13 January 2017 coincidingSankranthi festival.

Khaidi No 150 and Gautamiputra Satakarni are the 150th and 100th movies of megastar Chiranjeevi and Nandamuri Balakrishna, respectively. There is huge hype surrounding these movies as they are set to be landmark films in their careers. Since they will also hit screens during Sankranti, it should be seen whether Shatamanam Bhavathi would stand the wave of Chiru-Balayya’s movies.
